1. To secure your privacy and confidentiality, you must first receive a client ID# and a case sensitive password from the salon (you must get this in person at the salon) Do not attempt to book an appointment for yourself with someone else’s ID#.
2. After you log on please update your client fIle (Including your e-mail address—you may also change your password). Passwords are up to 13 characters (remember your password). If you forget your password, you can get it in person at the salon, by e-mail or by regular mail.
3. Follow the step by step directions for reserving an appointment.
4. Make sure you print your confirmation number. Any cancellations, or changes to appointment must be done within 24 hours of appointment time.
5. Cancellations and changes cannot be made online; please call Gerrish & Associates during business hours at 703.255.2555.
